Brief:

To maintain brand presence at the Press launch and Awards ceremony.

Outcome:

The MOBO brand is renown as one of the largest urban youth brands in the UK. S@G's services has proven to be and will continue to be used as an effective advertising and brand awareness tools.

CROYDON COUNCIL

Brief:

To design a community interest website on a small budget and within 4 weeks

Solution:

To allow the client control over the website we developed a content management system that enabled the client to easily manage an events page, mailing list database, video and picture blogging gallery with public comments, approve and edit public messages, change and update the promotional adverts on their homepage

Outcome:

Huge community interest with over 1000 unique hits monthly, over 80 unique blog entries per month. Since the project was launched in 2009 Croydon Council has re-engaged Solutions@Gem for further work

ZARAAH ABRAHAMS (BBC 1'S WATERLOO ROAD ACTRESS):

Brief:

Acclaimed actress Zaraah Abrahams required rebranding and repositioning for acting roles, endorsement deals and her public perception

Solution:

Working with Zaraah Abrahams, we identified attributes she wished to convey to the public and set about capturing these in a photo shoot. S@G Developed her online brand presence by creating a website that reflected her personality whilst showcasing her modelling and acting roles. To connect with her fans and promote a positive public image a fans page was created keeping them in touch with what is happening in 'Zaraah's world'. The website can be controlled by Zaraah Abrahams, enabling her to easily update photographs, galleries and videos and work with her other Social Networking Sites.

HYPE COIFFURE

Brief:

To develop marketing material which raised their profile, differentiated their brand and reinforced their excellence in hair styling

Solution:

Using cutting edge hair styling and photography as the basis we created visually captivating window decals for 3 salons, magazine adverts and promotional vouchers that showcased Hype's artistic flair, and developed a customer Christmas card with a tear off January Sale promotional voucher

Outcome:

Hype has won numerous awards and is the leading European and Ethnic Hair Salon chain in London. S@G's solutions has greatly contributed to Hype Coiffure's increase in customer retention by approximately 15%.

LAMBETH COUNCIL THINK B4 SEX:

Brief:

Lambeth Council, combating one of the highest teenage pregnancy rates in the UK, targeting 13 – 19 year olds in Lambeth, Lambeth aimed to develop a campaign that was expected to:
1. Increase the awareness of teenage pregnancy and sexual health
2. Increase take-up of young peoples' sexual health services and contraceptive advice

Solution:

We worked with a consultant and a Lambeth youth focus group to develop campaign messages that would satisfy the brief. Using the focus group as models, we created concepts and produced a photo shoot to reflect the campaign messages. We created 13 different adverts to print as street side posters and A3 posters that were distributed throughout Lambeth. Since the start of the campaign S@G have been responsible for supplying posters, flyers, sexual health cards, promotional bags and other branded merchandising such as USBs, lanyards and keyrings.

Outcome:

93% of respondents thought the posters were good and that the design, message and images were effective. A leaflet and postcard drop was developed to support the poster campaign. As a result of the campaign's success in increasing awareness, subsequent merchandising was rolled out to further increase awareness amongst teenagers.

TN7

Brief:

The Number Seven is a company that provides business coaching in a unique manner. They required a complete rebrand that reflected the director, Adrian Riggs' style and approach

Solution:

We created a modern single colour logo with a 'James Bond' feel given a modern metallic treatment, carried through the stationery. A photo shoot was required to capture the look and feel of Adrian Riggs. S@G created a modern, distinctive and interactive website. To provide his target market with the feel of his service, client testimonials were video recorded and put on the website. Newsletter and Tip of the Fortnight signups are being used to begin and maintain the relationship between Adrian Riggs and his target market. The full website is to be launched in 2011

STEELCASE SOLUTIONS

Brief:

Steelcase Solutions, a subsidiary of Steelcase UK, needed to create a brand identity that would support their core values, expertise and marketing

Solution:

S@G Created a brand manual for all brand development; a corporate brochure, stationery, van signage, interior and exterior branding of first stand-a-lone Steelcase Solutions office in Birmingham, designed the template for case studies, presentations and other marketing material. The brand was rolled out to offices in Manchester and Glasgow

Outcome:

Immediate orders on the open evening of the first stand-a-lone Steelcase Solutions office in Birmingham. New branding was employed by all 4 UK offices.

RIVERHOMES

Brief:

Use the recently developed logo to create new stationery and promotional folders for all 3 offices

Solution:

S@G provided three concepts, one concept was finalised, artwork produced and printed materials delivered to 3 offices in two weeks

Stationery delivered door-to-door in specific geographical areas forms the bedrock of Riverhomes marketing and continues to deliver good response even in these economically challenging times

CITYBUNKER

Brief:

A newly rebranded company citybunker re-launched their indoor golf and night club in Canary Wharf. With the rebrand they needed to increase awareness and foot flow

Solution:

We developed an attractive website that reflected their brand, communicated their services and used a CM calendar to inform viewers on events taking place. To increase awareness and foot flow we:
1. Developed and coordinated PR for a celebrity and public event in association Cineworld’s launch of 'Sex and the City' and 'James Bond’s Quantum of Solace'
2. Designed and produced flyers, posters and e-flyer's for several club events

Outcome:

1. Over 25 UK celebrities attended citybunker events
2. Obtained press coverage in over 6 publication (local and national press)
3. 30% increase in foot flow

ROUGE HAIR SALON

Brief:

New hair Salon seeks high-end branding of the company and marketing material

Solution:

Developed a unique and iconic logo that would enable them to stand out from their competitors, produced memorable stationery that reinforced the brand, and a creative pricing brochure that captured the class and quality of the inside of the salon as well as all the services Rouge Hair Salon offers. A unique customer data capture form was used to promote the business and increase customer retention

Outcome:

1. 300% increase in walk through customers
2. Pulled together a large database for as the basis of an e-marketing strategy

LAMBETH (LTPPP)

Brief:

To develop marketing material that supported the 'Think B4 Sex' campaign in:
1. Increasing the awareness of teenage pregnancy and sexual health
2. Increasing take-up of young peoples' sexual health services and contraceptive advice

Solution:

A of variety of merchandise was produced and branded including USB sticks (with power point presentation on sexual health), A6 post cards, A5 leaflets, trendy bags, key rings, wrist bands, lanyards and Sexual Health Integration Z-Cards

Outcome:

All marketing materials were adopted by sexual health centres, community centres and distributed from outlets of other youth service providers

GRACE KENNEDY MONEY SERVICES UK

Brief:

Required a reputable supplier to design and install branded signage in their agents' stores throughout the UK

Solution:

Designed interior and exterior signage and provided installation service throughout the UK. Signage included: Light boxes, Projection boxes, Pillar signs, Point of Sale displays, hanging banners, sidewalk signs and window decals

Outcome:

Installation at over 36 outlets

VANGENT

Brief:

We were initially employed to provide signage for their offices

Solution:

We designed, printed and installed the signage. As a consequence of the speed and quality of our work, we were employed to produce stationery, merchandising including, pens, mouse mats, USB pens and training brochures

Outcome:

Vangent having taken over Pearson Government Solutions used our distinctive designs to maintain its position as a market leader for the provision of local government facilities management services, reinforced by Vangent’s captivating exhibition stand at their first exhibition at the housing exhibition at Olympia

MUSIC MATRIX

Brief:

Music Matrix was commissioned by the Arts Council UK to organise a UK celebration of 60 years in 'RnB' music.

Solution:

As part of the marketing S@G were commissioned to design, produce and distribute 80000 magazines. Fusing the essence of what the celebration was about, we design the front page of the magazine to set president for the celebratory events.

Outcome:

The magazines formed not only an effective promotional tool but also proved to be a useful income generating tool resulting from the advertising revenue
